Bavaria, Day 5

Suspension bridge over gorge.
We had an uneventful trip from Feussen to Berchetsgaden.  We drove down through Garmish, and Innsbruck to get there.  The views were spectacular.  One of the problems when traveling to another country is the language barrier.  When you can't read  or speak the language, then you are functionally illiterate.  That point was brought home to us when Harry, through no fault of his on, drove us through a "pedestrian only" plaza.  People were staring at us and we got to meet two very pleasant Polizi.  I jumped out of the car and showed them my Trooper badge and plead ignorance on our part.  They were very nice and escorted us back to the proper traffic lanes.  More on Harry's driving prowess in a later post.
